Myer Creek Archers
The Myer Creek Archers are in the process of planning and developing a 30 station 3D outdoor range (up from 30) and a target range for students as well as an indoor range. We are looking for members and ideas to complete this project. Sharon & James Armstrong were recently certified to coach 4-H archery and will be holding an introductory meeting on May 20, 2008 for interested archers and their parents/guardians.
An informational meeting was held on Saturday, September 29th at the Myer Creek Park Pavilion and formed the Myer Creek Archers. Anyone interested in joining the Myer Creek Archers is asked to contact one of the officers below.
Upon completion of the target range, elections will be held again and on an annual basis thereafter.
The Myer Creek Park Archery group wants to thank Tracy Heath, Sportsman Headquarters for the help and support in getting the targets that the club is and will be using.

National Archery in the Schools Program
Currently at Myer Creek Park, there are several projects in the works that will set a New Standard for "Community Parks." All of these projects will embrace the common goal of Family and Community Fun while promoting education, recreation and fellowship. We invite you to be a part of this exciting process.
