BELIEVE IT OR NOT, the Livermore Bridge (US 431) is said to be the longest bridge in the world! The north end of the bridge lies in McLean County, Kentucky and extends over the Rough River, then it crosses a point of land which lies in Ohio County, Kentucky then the span covers the beautiful Green River and terminates its length on the south bank of the Green River in the county of its origin. Thus the bridge crosses two rivers and two counties. Believe it or not!
