This creek is a delightful Class II whitewater run during the winter and spring and following heavy rains.

Runnable downstream of the dam near the US 60 bridge on the Fort Knox Military Reservation, the stream bounces along with an abundance of standing waves and small drops.   It gradient is good and the current very swift.  Scenery is pleasant with exposed rock ledges and wooded hills.
