1999 Kentucky Golf Tour Card
The cardholder is entitled to a minimum of one 18-hole round of golf
at participating courses listed below.. By using the card one will receive free green fees or discounts at 177 courses and ranges located in Kentucky, plus receive added savings in the following states: Indiana, Ohio, Georgia, Florida, and Tennessee. Golfers are required to call 24 hours ahead of time to insure play, and furthermore, play may be restricted to certain days of the week or months of the year. The starting times are in accordance with the individual course procedures. Golf cart rental is not covered by the card. The card may not be used on holidays, during league or tournament play, or in conjunction with other special discounts.
If the card is lost or stolen, there will be an added fee to replace it.
Each card costs $35 or buy four at the price of $105. The card is good
from January 1, 1999 till December 31, 1999.
